Position: Project Fellow
DST funded Project entitled "Applications of Pullulan based Edible Active Films and Coatings (EAFCs) in shelf life extension and packaging of fresh produce".
Fellowship : Rs. 16,000 + 20% (HRA) per month
Qualification : GATE qualified B.Tech. or M.Tech. (Food Tech./ Biotech. / Chem. Engg.) with first class and at least one-year research experience.
Preference : Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge of fruit crop post-harvest technology and thermal/mechanical properties characterization.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Date of interview will be informed later to the candidate.
No TA/ DA will be paid for attending the interview.
