Applications are invited for one post of Technical Assistant to work in a DST-sponsored project entitled "To study the role of PICH, an ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling protein, in oxidative stress induced DNA damage repair".
Minimum qualification: Candidate should have BSc with a good academic record. The candidates should also have experience in working in a laboratory for at least one year.
Job Description: Maintaining laboratory accounts and bill payments, making media and buffer solutions, maintaining equipments.
The advertised post is only for one year and is subject to availability of funds from DST.
Total Emoluments: Rs 18,000/-

JRF Position in a DBT project
Applications are invited for a JRF position in a DBT funded project titled “Mechanism of infection memory development in Arabidopsis thaliana”.
Essential qualification : Should have completed M.Sc. degree in any branch of life science.
Desirable qualification : Priority will be given to persons with proven record of experiences in plant-pathogen interaction studies, especially with Arabidopsis. The position is available immediately and up to July 2021.
