Walk-in-Interview for the selection of Junior Research Fellow and Young Professional – I (Two) on contractual basis under various projects will be held on 11.09.2019 (Wednesday) at 11.00 AM. The candidates should be available in the office premises before 10.00 AM on the respective date (s) for verification of certificates. The posts are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. Eligible candidates may attend the Walk-inInterview at the above address.
1. DBT funded project entitled “Invitro Mass Propagation of high value hill area banana” for the NE programme
Junior Research Fellow (One)
First class in M.Sc. or Ph.D. (Agriculture / Horticulture) or M.Tech. (Biotechnology) and allied subjects or M.Sc. (Life Sciences) with NET or Ph.D. (Life Sciences)
Rs.25,000/- + 20 % HRA
(i) NET or equivalent cleared
(ii) Experience in Tissue culture and Molecular Biology

2. Institute project
Young Professional – I (One)
First class in B.Sc. (Hotel Management / Home Science / Food Technology) or equivalent degree
Rs.15,000/- (consolidated)
(i) Experience in making of bakery products like bread, puff, cookies, muffin, etc., and processed products
(ii) Proficiency in word processing, using excel and power point
3. ICAR – All India Coordinated project on Fruits (Banana)”
Young Professional – I (One)
First class in B.Sc. (Agriculture / Horticulture and related Sciences)
Rs.15,000/- (consolidated)
(i) Proficiency in word processing, using excel, power point and photo editing software , statistical analysis
(ii) Experience in compilation of various reports / annual report
(iii)Working experience in any ICAR Institutes / SAUs
