Walk in Interview will be conducted on 30th October 2019, Time: 11.00 AM for the following assignment in a time bound research project undertaken in the Department of Biotechnology and Medical Engineering of the Institute. 

1. Name of the Temporary Post Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – One position (01) 

2. Name of the Research Project ASEAN-India Collaborative research project entitled “Integrated struvite crystallization and microalgal growth for biofertilizer production using source separated urine.” 

3. Name of the Sponsoring Agency Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Department of Science and Technology, (DST), (International Multilateral and Regional Cooperation Division), New Delhi, India. 

4 Tenure of the Project 2 Years. 

5 Tenure of the Assignment 2 Years or till the end of the project. 

6 Job Description Collaborative Research activities (Experimental and Analytical) and documentation and related academic activities for the project with the scope of Ph.D. registration. 

7. Consolidated monthly compensation / Fellowship Rs. 31,000/- pm (2 years or till the end of the project) as per the current government norms. 

8. Essential Qualifications and experience M.Tech (Biotechnology / Biochemical Engineering / Agricultural Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Material Science / Energy and Environmental Engineering) with aggregate marks of 65% or 7.00 CGPA or M. Sc / B. Tech in any of the discipline with CGPA > 7.5 (preferably with valid GATE/NET score) 



9. Desirable Qualifications/ Experiences M. Tech. with valid GATE score in above discipline with a proven record of journal publication/s, knowledge in Water or Environmental Science and Technology.
