A walk in interview for filling up one position of Junior Research Fellow in the DBT sponsored
project ‘Diversity of white rot fungal laccase enzyme in Northeast India’ will be held on 30th
December 2019 at 10:00 am in the Department of Microbiology, Central University of
Haryana, Jant-Pali, Mahendergarh, Haryana-123031.
Initial
appointment
will be for six
months,
which may
be further
extended for
a total
duration of
up to 2 years,
subject to the
satisfactory
performance
Rs. 31,000/-
+8%HRA
Post Graduate Degree in Basic
Science in relevant area
(Microbiology/ Biochemistry /
Biotechnology/ Life sciences) OR
Post Graduate Degree in
Professional Course in relevant area
with at least 60% marks or
equivalent selected through a
process described through any one
of the following:
a. Scholars who are selected
through National Eligibility TestsCSIR-UGC NET including
lectureship (Assistant
Professorship) and GATE.
b. The selection process through
National level examinations
conducted by Central Government
Departments and their agencies and
institutions such as DST, DBT,
DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR,
ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc.
Hands on research
experience in the relevant
area including
lignocellulose
biotechnology /enzyme
technology molecular
biology fermentation
technology and protein
purification and enzyme
characterization supported
through valid publication

3. Fellowship may be cancelled
at any time in case of any misconduct, unsatisfactory research work, or if fellow is found ineligible later.
4. The rules and regulations of CUH and/or the funding agency (DBT) will be applicable on the selected
candidate.
