Project Title Design and synthesis of Fluorophoric substrate for MenH: A chemical intervention to pursue high throughput screening of Menaquinone biosynthesis inhibitors
Funding Agency Department of Science and Technology (SERB), Govt. of India
Fellowship As per the guideline of SERB.
Essential Qualification Sound knowledge in Organic Chemistry/Molecular Biology (Protein expression and purification).
Person with industrial experience will be preferred.
Project Description Synthesis of the substrate and inhibitor for MenH enzyme.
Expression of MenH from E. coli.
Kinetic assay.
