Walk-in-Interview for the Award of DRDO Research Associate (RA) and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) on Wednesday, 19 Feb. 2020 

Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Allied Sciences (INMAS), Delhi, a premier Institute of Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), invites applications from young and meritorious Indian nationals, who desire to pursue defence related research as Research Associate and Junior Research Fellows. Selection will be made on the basis of Walk-in-interview to be held at INMAS Delhi: 

1. DRDO Research Associate (RA): 

1. RA-01 Research Associates (RA) 01 PhD awarded in Pharmacology/ Pharmaceutics* 

2. RA-02 Research Associates (RA) 03 PhD awarded in Biotechnology/ Life Sciences* 

3. RA-03 Research Associates (RA) 01 PhD awarded in Chemistry* 

4. RA-04 Research Associates (RA) 01 MBBS with MS/MD (*Candidates having provisional PhD degree certificate by the date of interview will also be eligible to apply.) 

2. DRDO Junior Research Fellowship (JRF): 

1. JRF-01 Junior Research Fellows (JRF) 01 M.Pharm. in Pharmacology/ Pharmaceutics* in First Class both at Graduate and Post graduate level 

2. JRF-02 Junior Research Fellows (JRF) 02 M.Sc./ B.Tech./ M.Tech. in Life Sciences/ Biomedical Sciences/ Biochemistry/ Physiology/ Biotechnology in First Class both at Graduate and Post graduate level, with NET/GATE qualification (Candidate with own JRF fellowship may also apply) 

3. JRF-03 Junior Research Fellows (JRF) 02 M.Sc. in Chemistry First Class both at Graduate and Post graduate level, with NET qualification (Candidate with own JRF fellowship may also apply) (*M.Tech/M.Pharm. exempted from NET/GATE as per guidelines. Only those candidates who have been awarded degree/provisional certificate are eligible to apply.) 

A. Stipend (Monthly): 

1. DRDO Research Associate (RA): Rs.54,000/+HRA as per DRDO rules 

2. DRDO Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Rs.31,000/+HRA as per DRDO rules 

B.Upper age limit: 35 years for RA & 28 years for JRF as on the date of interview. The upper age limit shall be relaxable to the candidates belonging for SC/ST candidates (5 years relaxation) and OBC candidates (3 years).
