Advertisement for JRF/SRF Position in SERB-DST (V-ATPases) Project
Applications are invited from highly motivated and eligible candidates for the position (01 Post) of JRF/SRF in a SERB funded Research Project titled “Understanding the functional role of vacuolar ATPases in trogocytosis and tissue invasion mediated by Entamoeba histolytica”.
Eligibility Essential Qualification: Masters in any branch of Biological Sciences with CSIR/UGC-NET or valid GATE score or Qualified National Level Test conducted by Central Govt. Depts. and their agencies or equivalent scorecard.
Desirable: Candidates having exposure of cell culture and fluorescence microscopy are encouraged to apply.
Stipend: The amount of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) will be 31,000/- plus 24% HRA (if hostel accommodation is not provided)
Duration: Initially for a period of 1 year from the date of joining, extension possible for an additional year up to a maximum of 2 years in total.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years. Age relaxation to SC/ST/OBC candidates as per GOI norms.
