On-line applications are invited on prescribed application form to fill up the following
Post(s) of Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor 7 CPC Level 14 (1,44,200-2,18,200).
Duly completed application form
with the required self attested documents must reach the Office of the Assistant Registrar
(RAC), Admin Building, DDU Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur-273009 (U.P.) by
registered/ speed post only on or before 10.6.2021.

1. Application form, other details and Qualifications as per University Statutes Dt. 03.12.2013
(As amended up to date) are available on University Website www.ddugu.ac.in. UGC/
AICTE/ NCTE norms (as applicable). The online application filling process will close on
07.6.2021.
2. Every applicant will have to submit a Fee of Rs. 1,500/ for Unreserved, O.B.C. and EWS
Category and Rs. 1,000/ in case of S.C./S.T. Category posts, through online process via the
University website.
3. The applicant shall download the Application Form (Part I & II) after completing the on-line
procedure and send it after signing all the pages of Application Form (Part I & II) by
Registered/Speed post at the given postal address along with the self attested testimonials on
or before 10.6.2021 to the following address: Assistant Registrar (RAC), Admin Building,
DDU Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur-273009.
4. The University reserves the right to withdraw any advertised post(s) without giving any
reason.
5. Candidates who have applied earlier against the Advertisement No. DDUGU/T-1/ Gen.
Admin/10661 Dated 19.09.2017 in the subjects Psychology, Adult and Continuing Education
(Director Equivalent to Professor), Business Administration, Computer Science,
Advertisement No. 441@lkiz@2019 Dated 26.02.2019 Mahayogi Guru Shri Gorakhnath
Shodhpeeth (Director, Equivalent to Professor) and Advertisement No. 475/T-1/ Gen.
Admin/2019 Dated 13.12.2019, will be exempted from the requisite fees by enclosing fees
details paid by them earlier but are required to fill the form again.
6. Mere eligibility will not entitle any candidate to be called for the interview.
7. Candidate must write the name of post with Subject, Category, Advertisement No. alongwith
details on the envelope.
8. Reservations will be applicable as per U. P. State Government norms/rules. Other states
OBC/SC/ST/EWS candidates would be treated as General Category candidates.
9. The University reserves the right to increase/decrease or withdraw any advertised post(s)
without giving any reason.
10. The actual No. of Posts may varyat the time of interview.
