About the position

The Research Associate (Masters) and Research Scientist (Ph.D.) will be responsible for designing, troubleshooting, and executing experiments independently while employing critical thinking and organizational skills. This laboratory-based position requires performing experiments/assays on a daily basis, followed by analysis and interpretation of the data. You should be able to communicate effectively, be creative, responsible, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.

Duties Include

Working with 3D Cell cultures,Spheroids and Organoids,Stem cells, Patient derived cells, Primary cells, Immunohistochemistry, Confocal / Fluorescent Microscopy etc

About You

·    Ph.D (for Research Scientist) or MSc/MTech (for Research Associate) in cell biology, biochemistry, Biotechnology or closely related science with a minimum of 2years of experience.

·        Design, set-up, and execute experiments independently and/or with guidance from team/project leader.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office and other graphing software (GraphPad Prism etc).

·        Good practical knowledge in day-to-day lab operations

·   Capable of preparing and maintaining organized laboratory notebook entries containing detailed experimental designs, data, and results.

·     Comfortable in a team environment which includes a lot of scientific collaboration and group-based projects with other team members.

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, including meeting deadlines.

·        Clear and Organized data collection, management, interpretation, and presentation.
