IMTECH Immunology/Microbiology Project Associate Opening

1. Project titled: “Advanced Technological Leads for Assuring safety of food (ATLAS)” 

Project Code: HCP-0031. 

Position: Project Associate-II = 01 

Essential Qualification: 

(i) Master’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences/ MVSc or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent; and 

(ii) 2 years experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organisations and Scientific activities and services. 

Desirable: Candidates having experience in immunoassays, food microbiology, food safety standards, bacterial enrichment methods, food sample processing for food testing, bioassay designing, lateral flow immunoassay and colloidal nanoparticle based assays. 

Upper Age limit (years) - 35 

Monthly Emoluments: (i) Rs. 35,000/- +HRA to Scholars who are selected through a (a) National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies and Institutions. (ii) Rs. 28,000/- +HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above
