A Walk-In-Test Cum Interview for selection of Senior Research Fellow under the NICRA
project “Technology Demonstration Component” (with Written test and Interview) purely on
contractual basis shall be held on 14-10-2022 at 10-30 AM at ICAR-Indian Institute of Spices
Research, Kozhikode-673 012.

Educational Qualification:
Masters Degree in any branch of Agricultural Sciences,
Horticulture or Agricultural Engineering from recognized
University with 4 years/5 years of Bachelor’s Degree.
Candidates having Post-Graduate degree in Basis Sciences with 3
years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have
NET qualifications and 2 years of research experience.
Knowledge of computer usage is preferred
Age:
The Upper age limit would be 35 years for men and 40 years for
women as of the date of interview. For SC/ST & PH categories
the upper age limit will be relaxed by 5 years. For OBC the upper
age limit will be relaxed by 3 years.
Nature of duties:
Duty at NICRA Project village for field demonstration, data
collection, analysis and report preparation.
Tenure of Recruitment : Up to 31st March, 2025
Place of Duty : ICAR-IISR KVK, Peruvannamuzhi
The candidates fulfilling the above eligibility criteria may attend the Walk-In-Test Cum
Interview at ICAR-IISR, Kozhikode on the date mentioned above. The Candidates should be
present in the venue at 10:00 AM on the date of Interview, Latecomers will not be allowed to
appear for the written test/Interview. They should bring with them, their bio-data and original
certificates in proof of age, caste, educational qualifications, experience etc. and a copy of all the
above certificates. Those who do not furnish the Original or Provisional Certificate will not be
allowed to appear for the written test/interview.
No TA will be paid for the journey for attending the interview.
