Molecular dynamics
is a computer simulation method for analyzing the physical movements of atoms
and molecules. This method used to
understand a wide variety of important biomolecular processes, including
conformational change, ligand binding, and protein folding, revealing the
positions of all the atoms at femtosecond temporal resolution. This training will be useful for
students, research fellow, faculties from life Science and pharmaceutical
science background.
