KERALA STATE YOUNG SCIENTIST AWARD 2022
The Kerala State Young Scientist Award instituted by the Kerala State Council for Science,
Technology & Environment (KSCSTE) is intended to honour talented young Scientists in
recognition of their outstanding contributions in any branch of science and technology.
Research carried out in Kerala by young scientists of Indian origin, who has not attained the
age of 37 years as on December 31, 2022 in any of the 14 disciplines will be taken into
consideration for the award.
Each Awardee will be presented with a certificate, Chief
Minister’s Gold Medal and cash prize of Rs. 50,000/-.
In addition, the awardees will be
considered by the Council for a research grant after peer review of the research project and
travel grant for a visit abroad for presenting the research work at a conference.
Duly completed Nomination Proforma & Summary sheet (available in the website) may be
sent to The Director, Kerala State Council for Science, Technology & Environment,
Sasthra Bhavan, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram – 695004, Kerala, India on or before
15th November 2022.
