About the Topic

Molecular docking is one of the advanced computer based simulation techniques used to study receptor-ligand interaction at the atomistic level. It is widely adopted by life research professionals to understand mechanism of biochemical reaction, protein-protein interaction, to discover and design new drug molecules for life threatening diseases. The concept of pharmacophore modeling gaining popularity due its direct application in understanding the mechanism of of action of drug like compounds and discover desired bioactive compounds. This workshop will be useful for students, research fellow, faculties from life Science and pharmaceutical science background.
