Applications are invited for the following post on contractual basis for the project entitled “To investigate the role of oral-gut-liver axis (oral microbiota) in liver graft dysfunction/ rejection” latest by 31-December-2023 at the Institute of Liver & Biliary Sciences, D-1, Vasant Kunj, Delhi-110070. 

Research Associate-I: 

Rs. 47,000 + 27% HRA per month 

Essential: Ph.D. (Biotechnology/Microbiology/Genomics/Human genetics/Life sciences) 

Desirable: Hands on experience in Gut microbiome, NGS, DNA and RNA related work, PCR 

Upper age limit upto 40 years Age relaxation will be as per the Government of India/ ICMR rules 

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Project title: “To investigate the role of oral-gut-liver axis (oral microbiota) in liver graft dysfunction/ rejection” 

2. Principal Investigator: Dr. Chhagan Bihari, Additional Professor(Pathology) Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences, D-1, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070 

3. Funding agency: Indian Council for Medical Research (ICMR) 

4. Project duration: till 30-June-2024, likely extendable.
