Applications are invited from deserved and suitable candidates for the following posts under the
project entitled “Sustainable Utilization of Bio-resources Towards Bio-entrepreneurship and
Socioeconomic Development of Manipur” funded by DBT, Government of India, at IBSD, Imphal.

Associate
(01) one
Age limit :
35 years
(i) Rs.31,000+
8%HRA to scholars

(a) National
Eligibility TestsCSIR-UGC NET
including lectureship

professorship) or
GATE or
(b) A selection
process through
National level
examinations
conducted by Central
Government and
Departments and their
Agencies and
Instructions.
(ii) Rs.25,000+8%
HRA for others who
do not fall under (i)

Essential:
M.Sc. in Agronomy/Agriculture/
Natural Product
Chemistry/Biotechnology.
Desirable : Having work experience
for cultivation of medicinal and
aromatic plants and oil extraction
process etc for at least one year.

1. The above positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. Selected candidatesshall
not claim for regular appointment either in IBSD, Imphal and its branches or DBT, New Delhi.
2. No TA/DA will be paid to attend the interview.
3. The upper age limit is relaxable for reserved categories as perGoI norms.
4. Eligible candidates may send their filled up application along with the following documents to Senior

Imphal.
5. Last date of submission of application forms (hard copy- at the above given address & Soft copyto the below given email id) is 15 days from the date of advertisement.
