NITTE-GOK AQUAMARIN Invites tenure-track positions with consolidated pay structure

Applications are invited for filling the following posts in the NITTE-GOK Centre of Excellence in Aquamarine Innovation (NITTE-GOK COE | AQUAMARIN), located at Nitte University Centre for Science Education & Research (NUCSER), NITTE (Deemed to be University), Mangalore. 

These are tenure-track positions with consolidated pay structure. The initial commitment is for three years with yearly review of performance and extendable for further period based on funding agency’s support.

1  CoE-Head  1  

MBA with or without PhD with expertise in incubation ecosystem     

2  CoE-Manager  1  

MSc in Fisheries/Aquatic Biology and PhD in Fisheries/Biological Sciences with extensive experience in Fisheries/Marine Biotechnology/Marine Biology. An MBA degree is desirable but not essential     

3  Project Scientist  3  

MSc in Fisheries/Aquatic Biology with creditable research credentials in the field of aqua-marine biotechnology. A PhD in relevant field is desirable but not essential  

4  Office Assistant  2  

BSc/BCom/BA degree with experience in office work.  

5  Lab/Office attender  1  

SSLC degree with ability to communicate, read and write English and Kannada

Pay structure

CoE- Head: Rs 1,15,000- Rs 1,25,000/month;

CoE Manager: Rs 90,000- Rs 1,00,000/month;

Project Scientist: Rs 50,000- Rs 60,000/month;

Office Assistant: Rs 25,000- Rs 30,000/month;

Office Attender: Rs 15,000- Rs 20,000/month.
