WALK-IN INTERVIEW FOR
SENIOR RESEARCH FELLOW
(ON PROJECT)
To work on project entitled “Histone Acetylation and Histone Deacetylase Activity in Cancer: A
Proof-of-Principle Study for Exploring the Potential of HDACi Therapy in Combination with
Standard Chemotherapeutic Drugs in Gastric Cancer.”
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Essential:
*M.Sc. degree in Life Sciences / Molecular Medicine / Biochemistry / Biotechnology or
equivalent subject with > 60% aggregate marks.
Candidate qualified National level entrance examination
like NET-LS/GATE will be preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Essential: Minimum Two years’ experience in handling human samples, mammalian cell culture and
molecular biology experiments such as IHC, Protein isolation, Western blotting, qPCR, ELISA.
*M.Sc. degree having a duration of one-year course will not be considered.
Selected candidates will have to join at the earliest; hence result-awaited candidates will not be eligible
to apply for the post.
CONSOLIDATED SALARY:
Rs. 30,000-35,000/- per month
Rs. 40,000-45,000/- per month (NET qualified candidates).
DURATION: Six Months.
The work progress of candidates will be monitored and extension will depend on satisfactory progress of
the work.

Floor, Khanolkar Shodhika, ACTREC, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai -410210 along with recent CV and
photograph (passport size), original and xerox copies of all certificates (educational qualifications, work
experience, and Aadhaar Card as ID proof)
