• Assisting sample collection, culture & DST (drugs/disinfectants)
• DNA/RNA extraction and NGS-based WGS/gene expression with data analysis
• Lab documentation, data entry, reporting & manuscript support
• Coordination with clinicians, patients, project teams and collaborative sites (JIPMERPondicherry, NIMS- Hyderabad, AIIMS- Bibinagar/Hyderabad)
• Biosafety and ethical compliance with work
• Any additional tasks assigned by PI
Education qualification:
Three year Graduation (Life Science Subjects) + Three-year experience in relevant subject/field.
OR
Post graduate in (Life Science Subjects)
Candidate with knowledge and technical experience of
Microbiology/Molecular biology.
Only shortlisted candiates will be called for Interview.
Age : (35 years), relaxation as per Govt. norms as applicable
Salary Range : 28,000 + 30% HRA (As per ICMR guidelines)
(CTC applicable as per the Institute norms)
