The interview will be held by the Institute for the engagement of the Junior Research Fellow (Botany) on contract and Co - terminus basis for the IMR Project "Medico Ethno botanical Survey in the forest division of Kollam District of Kerala" of this Institute. Details of which are given below: -

Junior Research Fellow (Botany)

Essential: M.Sc (Botany) degree from any recognized University.  

Desirable:

2 Year experience in taxonomy and Field Study, preparation of herbarium, identification of plants and data recording

Preference will be given to those who possess higher qualification or who have previous research experience i.e. having worked for any research project funded by the Ministry of AYUSH, ICMR, CSIR, DST or equivalent organization.

Skills of drafting & editing of scientific documents articles / technical reports etc.

Publication in peer reviewed journals.

Working Knowledge of computer application
