Biochemistry -Technician

Yashoda Hospital is looking for a skilled and motivated Biochemistry Lab Technician to join team.
The ideal candidate must have 1-4 years of experience in a clinical biochemistry lab, and must be willing and able to work night shifts as a mandatory requirement of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and emergency biochemistry tests (e.g., LFT, RFT, blood glucose, lipid profile).
Operate fully and semi-automated analysers.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of patient samples.
Maintain strict adherence to quality control and lab protocols.
Accurately record and report test results using the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
Handle samples responsibly and maintain all safety and infection control standards.
Communicate with doctors and senior staff for urgent reporting or clarification.
Take full responsibility for lab operations during assigned night shifts.
Candidate Requirements:
Educational Qualification: DMLT or B.Sc. MLT from a recognized institute.
Experience: 1-2 years in biochemistry lab Shift
Requirement: Must be willing and able to work night shifts. Familiarity with NABL/NABH protocols is a plus. Ability to work independently, under minimal supervision. Good communication,organizational, and analytical skills.
