AIIMS Delhi Recruits Project Personnel in Clinical and Endoscopy-related Research

ADVERTISEMENT FOR VACANCIES OF THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS

1. PROJECT RESEARCH SCIENTIST-I (MEDICAL)

Essential Qualification	MBBS / BVSc / BDS Degree or equivalent
Age Limit	35 years (as per norms)
Remuneration	₹ 92,300/- per month

Job Responsibilities

· Lead the design, planning, and execution of research activities in line with project objectives.

· Develop research protocols, methodologies, and operational plans.

· Oversee day-to-day research activities and ensure smooth implementation of project tasks.

· Coordinate with project staff, research assistants, investigators, and other team members to ensure timely achievement of project objectives.

· Ensure that research activities comply with ethical standards, regulatory guidelines, ICMR policies, and applicable requirements.

· Prepare and submit study-related documents to the Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC), Clinical Trials Registry–India (CTRI), and other regulatory authorities, and respond to queries as required.

· Ensure that clinical research studies are conducted in accordance with the approved protocol, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.

· Ensure proper implementation and documentation of the informed consent process.

·  Assist in study-related training for site personnel and establish regular communication with investigators to manage project expectations, issues, and study-related activities.

· Ensure accurate data entry, data management, and timely reporting through online systems.

·  Maintain site source documents, medical records, essential study documents, and investigator/site files.

·  Coordinate with other site study teams and investigators for timely resolution of study-related queries and deviations. 

2. PROJECT RESEARCH SCIENTIST-I (NON-MEDICAL)

Essential Qualification	Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degree, in a relevant subject
Age Limit	35 years (as per norms)
Remuneration	₹ 67,200/- per month

Job Responsibilities

· Assist in the planning, coordination, and conduct of the multicenter research study.

· Support collection, compilation, and management of clinical and endoscopy-related research data from participating centers.

· Assist in maintaining study databases, case records, research documentation, and regulatory records.

· Perform data cleaning, analysis, interpretation, and preparation of study reports under the supervision of the Principal Investigator.

· Assist in the evaluation and documentation of AI-assisted endoscopy findings for early detection of UGI malignancies.

· Coordinate with participating centers and study personnel to ensure timely collection and submission of study data.

· Assist in preparation of research reports, presentations, manuscripts, and other project-related documents.

· Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to the approved study protocol, institutional guidelines, and applicable ethical requirements.

· Participate in research meetings, training activities, and monitoring of study progress.

· Perform any other research-related duties assigned by the Principal Investigator. 

2. DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

Essential Qualification	Intermediate or 12th pass from a recognized board, with any diploma/course in computers
Essential Experience	2 years' experience in data entry work
Desirable Qualification	Certification in computer programming 1–2 years of experience in performing data entry, data cleaning, and generating queries
Age Limit	28 years
Remuneration	₹ 24,000/- per month

Job Responsibilities

· To be responsible for entering data in online database like RedCap Manage and maintain effective record keeping, 

·  In addition, they may be responsible for organizing files Collecting and managing data to be entered in the computer.
