WALK-IN INTERVIEW

The Principal Scientist & Head intends to recruit one Senior Research Fellow in the ICAR-funded Outreach Programme : “Strengthening of Wheat Programme in Central India (IARI-Regional Station, Indore)” purely on contractual basis. The interview of eligible candidates for the above post will be held on 20th September, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at IARI-Regional Station, Residency Area (Near College of Agriculture), INDORE–452 001 (M.P.). Eligible candidates fulfilling all the requirements should bring their application in the format mentioned below giving full details of academic records and experience along with attested photocopies as well as original copies of relevant documents along with one passport size photograph. Details of the position are given below:

1. ICAR-funded Outreach Programme: “Strengthening of Wheat Programme in Central India (IARI-Regional Station, Indore)”

Age limit: Maximum age 35 years (age relaxation for SC/ST, women and OBC candidates as per rules).

Essential qualification for the post : M.Sc. (Ag.) in Plant Pathology / Plant Breeding /Genetics.

Desirable:

(i) Experience of working with field crops; (ii) Basic computer skills.

Emoluments for the post: Rs. 16,000/- + HRA as per rules.

The above post is purely temporary and will be filled on contractual basis initially for a period of one year, but may be extended on year-to-year basis, based on performance of the candidate. The candidate shall not claim for regular appointment at this Institute, as the post is co-terminus with the project. No TA/ DA will be paid for attending the interview. Only the candidates having essential qualification would be entertained for the interview.
