ENGAGEMENT OF GUEST FACULTY FOR THE SESSION- 2015-16
Walk-in-Interviews to engage Guest Faculty for all campuses of the University for the session 2015-16 shall be held in the given dates as mentioned against the Departments. Interested candidates may appear for Walk-InInterview in the Office of the respective Deans of Schools along with prescribed application form available on University website www.hnbgu.ac.in and other supporting documents. Details of subjects, Date and time of interview and other guidelines are available on University website. No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interviews. Merely inviting application and conducting Interview does not entitle applicants for the engagement. Considering the status of Admission, Work load and Availability of Teaching Staff, the Guest Faculty may be engaged for a particular Department.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :
1. Good academic record with at least 55% marks at the Master Degree level and other essential qualifications as laid down by the UGC from time to time will be eligibility qualification. 2. Remuneration of the Guest Faculty will be Rs. 15,000/ for Ph.D./NET holder. Others may be paid Rs. 7,500/- per month. 3. Engagement of Guest Faculty will be made for the academic session 2015-16 on 89 days basis/ semester basis or till the regular incumbent join to the post, whichever is earlier. University may any time withdraw the offer of engagement to the Guest Faculty. 4. Reservation Policy will be followed as per Govt. of India Rules. The SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates are required to attach the caste certificate as per format prescribed by the Government of India. 5. A relaxation of 5% may be provided from 55% to 50% of the marks at the Master’s level for the SC/ST/ PH category. Relaxation in educational qualifications, experience, age, etc. in the case of reserved category candidates will be given as per rules of Govt. of India. Incomplete applications or without relevant supporting enclosures (self-attested copies of degree/ certificates/marks sheets/ experience certificate, ) will be out-rightly rejected. 6. Qualifications/Experiences etc. as on last date of submission of applications will only be taken into considerations. Any subsequent changes in qualification shall not be considered for changes in remuneration. 7. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing for interview. 8. Separate Application Form is required to be filled up for each Department in case a candidate intends to apply for more than one Department.
