Designation: Research Head

Job Description: The applicant will be working for BioLim Research and Educational Trust as a full-time employee under the research and educational venture with the designation as Research Head. The designated person should serve a chief role in co-ordinating the research towards implementation and should necessarily meet the objectives of the organisation, such as producing many open innovations, implementing research for social benefit and transforming the skilled manpower towards attaining a good career either in research or entrepreneurship.

Eligibility: Ph.D. (Life science)

Experience: Freshers

Research Experience:

Should hold publications in international journals with more contribution values.

Should have been served strongly in research implementation (such as patenting, fund raising, etc.).

Should have been merited with good mentoring skills in research projects.

Should have been involved in research co-ordination and achieved the desired milestone.

Should have been taken part in many international research forums.

Responsibilities:

1. Produce more open innovations through intensive research for social benefit.

2. Drive towards skill development in research to develop more manpower for future India and promote entrepreneurial culture.

3. Produce resources that benefit the industries.

4. Co-ordinate the folded research for upscaling process.

Stipend during three months training period - Rs.11500/-

Basic salary package after training Rs. 14000–17500/-.

It will be based on the performance during the training period.
