Junior Research Fellow (Project)

Project: “Deriving gene regulatory networks mediating legumepowdery mildew cross-talk during compatible and incompatible interactions”.

Essential qualifications: M.Sc./M.Tech degree in any area of biological sciences/life sciences/biotechnology with at least 60% marks in all qualifying exams.

Desirable qualifications: Prior research experience in plant biology, genetics, genomics, molecular biology, biochemistry or cell biology, with a strong aptitude and motivation for research.

Experience/training in plant biology specifically in gene expression analysis, plant tissue culture, cloning and microscopy is highly desirable. The person should be a hard worker and a team player with excellent inter-personal skills.
