Recruitment of JRF in National Medicinal Plants Board, New Delhi Funded Research Project
Applications are invited for the position of JRF to work in the NMPB, New Delhi Funded Research Project entitled “Ex- situ Conservation Using In Vitro Methods of an Endangered Plant Sterculia urens Roxb.: A High Volume Trade Plant for Gum Karaya”.
The position is purely temporary and is available for one year, which can be extended up to 3 years based on candidate's performance.

Qualification: M.Sc. (Life-Sciences/Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Botany) with min. 55% marks
Desirable: Experience in handling of plant tissue culture
Fellowship: 25000/- per month fixed
Duration: One year (Extendable up to three years based on the performance)

3. Please note that no TA/DA will be given to the candidates called for the interview.
4. The selected candidates can opt for Ph.D. program announced by MUJ (twice a year) in case they are interested in pursuing Ph.D. at MUJ as per provision in the above research area after fulfilling the required criteria as per university rules.
