WALK-IN-INTERVIEW
The Director, ICAR-National Research Centre on Pomegranate (ICAR), Solapur, Maharashtra proposes to fill up the one temporary and time bound vacant position under the “Utilization of pomegranate for development of functional medicinal ingredient” project on the basis of WALK IN INTERVIEW for the period of six month which may be extendable further depending on availability of fund and satisfactory performance of the candidate. The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. All desirous and eligible candidates fulfilling all the requirements are invited to appear before the selection committee for personal interview at ICAR-National Research Centre on Pomegranate, Solapur on 06.02.2017 on 10.30 AM.
Candidate reporting after 11.00 AM will not be allowed to appear in the interview.
Senior Research Fellow (One Post)
Consolidated Rs. 25,000/- per month + HRA 35 years for Men AND 40 years for women
Four years Bachelor’s degree with master’s degree in Food Technology /Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/PostHarvest Engineering & Technology / Food Engineering / Agril. Process Engineering /Post-Harvest Technology / Agricultural Engineering / Chemical Engineering from recognized University /SAU /ICAR Institute OR Three years Bachelor’s and two years master’s degree with NET qualification in Food Technology/ Biochemistry/Biotechnology /Post Harvest Engineering & Technology/ Food Engineering / Agril. Process Engineering/Post-Harvest Technology/ Agricultural Engineering / Chemical Engineering from recognized University /SAU /ICAR institute.
Relevant working experience in ICAR institutes or SAUs, with research knowledge in food processing, product development, formulation of micro and Nano encapsulated products.
Execution of experiments on extraction of pomegranate seed oil, microencapsu lation of pomegranate seed oil. Spoken and writing knowledge of English/Hindi
