Dr. B. Borooah Cancer Institute, Guwahati requires suitable candidate for the contractual post
of ‘Study Coordinator’ for “Phase III Randomized Controlled Study of Inj Proluton
(Hydroxyprogesterone caproate) as single dose preoperative therapy in patients with high
risk operable breast cancer (TMH-PROLUTON-01)”.
Minimum Qualification: Master Degree in Life Science with knowledge about Clinical
Research Methodology.
Previous experience in similar projects will be preferred.
Job description : As a coordinator for the specified clinical trial.
(a) Coordinate the enrollment of patients into the study.
(b) Provide and explain information regarding the study to enable
patients for an informed consent.
(c) Maintain patient files and trial records up-to-date,
in safe custody.
(d) Coordinate with Trial Centre at TMH by phone / e-mail.
(e) Any other task that may be assigned by the Controlling
Authority / PI.
Period of appointment : 6 months, purely contractual
Age limit : Below 35 years as on 01.01.2017.
Salary : Rs.12,000/- per month (consolidated).
Leave : No leave is applicable

29.07.2017 (Saturday) between 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the Conference Hall of the
Institute. No TA/DA would be paid for appearing in the interview.
