A Walk-in-Interview will be held on 31st August, 2017 at 11.30 A.M. in the Seminar
Room, Main Campus, Bose Institute, 93/1, Acharya Prafulla Chandra Road, Kolkata – 700 009
for Two (02) position of Senior Research Fellow in the ICMR sponsored project entitled
"Systematic discovery of biomarkers of asthma caused by common environmental allergens
using human plasma proteomics, cytokine profiling and network biology – a systems approach
to drug discovery" under the guidance of Prof. Swati Gupta Bhattacharya, Division of Plant
Biology. The project is tenable upto 28.02.2018. Details of qualification, fellowship, age etc. are
as follows :
Essential Qualification : M.Sc. Degree in any branch of Life Sciences with NET qualification
and minimum two years research experience.
Fellowship : Rs.28,000/- p.m., plus admissible HRA and Medical Benefit.
Age : Below 30 years (relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC/WOMEN candidates only, as per rule)
Eligible and Interested candidates may appear before the Selection Committee with a
typed application addressed to the Sr. Prof. & In-Charge, Registrar’s Office, Bose Institute,
P-1/12 C.I.T. Scheme VII-M, Kankurgachi, Kolkata – 700054 along with Bio-data giving
details of qualification i.e. examination passed, year, division, percentage of marks from
Secondary onwards with attested copies of Certificates, Mark-sheets and testimonials. The
Candidates should also bring original mark-sheets, certificates, testimonials etc. at the time of
Interview.
No TA/DA is admissible for appearing at the Interview.
