Advertisement for the post of Project Assistant

Applications are invited for one post of the Project Assistant with a Salary @ 12,000/- p.m. + 20%HRA in DST-INSPIRE Faculty research project entitled “Synergistic effects of HIV-1 accessory proteins on human immune system (Project Code: M-02-14)" for the period of one year under Dr. Santosh Kumar Singh, DST-INSPIRE Faculty at Molecular Biology Unit, Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU, Varanasi. Extension of tenure may be considered based on the performance of the candidate. This post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.

The candidates should hold M.Sc. degree in Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/Molecular Biology/ Virology or equivalent Life Sciences disciplines with at least 55% marks with NET/GATE. The hand-on experience in the area of Molecular Biology is desirable.

The upper age limit is 28 years (5 years relaxation for female/SC/ST/physically handicapped candidates). The upper age limit will be counted on the last date of the application suomission. The reservation policies are as per GOI rules.
