WALK-IN-INTERVIEW 

Date of Interview: 21/08/2023  Venue: CIFT, Cochin  Time: 10 A.M. 

Eligible candidates are invited to attend a walk-in-Interview with all relevant documents for the temporary position of Young Professional-I (01 No.) (on contractual basis) for coordinating various training programmes and field level works under Swachhta Action Plan at ICAR-CIFT, Cochin.  The position is purely on contractual basis for a period of one (01) year.     

Young Professional-I: - 01 Post     

Emoluments  :  Rs.25,000/- per month (Consolidated)     

Essential Qualification  :  B.Sc. Biochemistry  

Desirable Qualification        

Experience  : M.Sc. Biochemistry        

One year experience in analytical laboratory.     

Age: Candidates should be above 21 years and maximum of 45 years as on date of interview. Age relaxation as per rules.     

Terms & Conditions:             

1. Registration will begin at 9.00 a.m. and will close at 11.00 a.m.  

2. Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates is permissible.  

3. Candidate should possess 1st class or 60% marks or equivalent overall GPA  

4. Candidates are required to submit detailed bio-data (in the enclosed format) affixing a recent passport size photograph alongwith attested copies of all the Certificates in support of their claims regarding age, educational qualifications, Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/OBC etc. The original certificates shall be produced for verification before the interview.  

5. The candidate should at least hold a Provisional Certificate in r/o. Graduation/ Professional Courses. (Website results/ result awaiting candidates will not be considered)  

6. The recruitment will be held in strict compliance with the ICAR O.M. dated 04.12.2020.  

7.  The selected candidate will be recruited on contract basis under ICAR norms. The post is purely temporary.   

8. The candidate attending the interview should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions. No correspondence will be entertained from the candidates for selection/test/appointment  

9. No TA/DA will pay to attend the interview.  

10. Canvassing in any form will render the candidate disqualified for the post.  

11.The decision of Director, CIFT will be final and binding in all aspects regarding the selection to the post.
