Life Sciences Project Coordinator/Officer Vacancies @ NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF MALARIA RESEARCH

Following positions are to be filled up on purely temporary and contractual basis for 5 years renewed on yearly basis which are coterminous with the project entitled “Health Impact Assessment of Narmada Basin Dams and Resettlement & Rehabilitation colonies in Madhya Pradesh.

i) Project Co-Ordinator – One
Salary: Rs.60, 000/-p.m. (Consolidated) No other allowance
Qualifications: MSc, PhD in Life/Allied/Mathematical/Statistical Science with atleast 15 years of research experience.
Desirable: Research experience in Health Impact Assessment/ Vector Borne Diseases/Geographical Information System.
Age limit: 65 Years (Age Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. rules or deserving candidate)
Walk-in-interview: Wednesday, 5th May, 2010
Place of duty: NIMR Head Quarter
ii) Project Officer – Three
Salary: Rs.30, 000/-p.m. (Consolidated) No other allowance
Qualifications: MBBS/MD or Master in Public health/M. Sc., PhD in Life/Allied/Mathematical/Statistical Science with 5 year research experience.
Desirable: Research/field experience in Health Impact Assessment/Vector Borne Diseases/ Geographical Information System.
Age limit: 35 years (Age Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. rules or deserving candidate)
Walk-in-interview: Thursday, 13th May, 2010
Place of duty: Anywhere in Bhopal/Indore/Jabalpur/ Delhi as deemed fit for the progress of the work.
Interested and eligible candidates may walk in for an interview at National Institute of Malaria Research, Sector-8, Dwarka, New Delhi-110077 at 4 PM as per the above mentioned dates along with Bio-data with the photocopy of the testimonials and also originals for verification. NOC from employer if employed.  No TA/DA will be paid for the interview.
