ADMISSION NOTICE

Applications in prescribed format are invited from eligible candidates for admission through Vishwa vidyalaya Entrance Test (VET) 10 various courses in the following subjects for the academic session 2010- 11.

A. 05 Years Integrated UG/PG Programme with exit option on completion of 03 Years UG Programme:

Biotechnology, Rural Technology, Electronics, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Sc. , Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Political Sc., Economics, History, Hindi, English, Anthropo logy (B.A/B.Sc), lournalism & Mass Communication, Library Sc., Commerce, SA - LL.B.

B. Post Graduate Courses:

MSc courses in - Biotechnology, Forestry, Rural Technology, Information Technology, Physics, Electronics, Mathematics, Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, MCA.

Admission to all above mentioned courses shall be made on the basis of Vishwavidyalaya Entrance Test (VET).

Minimum Eligibility for each course and application form for VET along with the admission brochure can be downloaded from University website. However, forms will be accepted only when accompanied with a DD of Rs. 400/(Rs.200/- for SC/ST candidates) in favor of the Registrar, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, payable at Bilaspur (C.G.). Duly filled application forms alongwith self addressed stamped envelope Rs. 30/- (Th iny Only), two passport size colored photographs and demand draft of requisite amount to be send by registered mail / speed post to: The Assistant Registrar (Acad.), Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Koni, Bilaspur - 495009, (e.G .) so as to reach on or before 31-05-2010. 

University shall not be responsible for any postal delay.

Candidates appearing in the qualifying examinations are also eligible to apply. However, the candidate must produce the final results mark sheet of qualifying examination at the time of admission. The University reserves the right not to run a course if the required number of applicants are not available. Reservations to various categories shall be as per Govt. of India rules.

last date of receipt of completed form in the office of the Assistant Registrar (Acad.) by post on or before 31-05-2010.
