1. Project Title/ Code: "Identification of molecular mechanisms of cellular reprogramming in neural crest cell formation using zebrafish chemical genetics" (Project code: OLP1107)
Project Assistant (level II)
Essential Qualification: First class M.Sc./B.Tech. in any branch of Life Sciences
Desirable: At least 6 months hands on experience in molecular biology techniques (dissertation project included)
Age Limit: 28 years
Stipend: Rs.10,000/- per month consolidated
Initial Tenure: One year
Project Associate (level I)
Essential Qualification: First class M.Sc. + PhD in life sciences with experience in Molecular Biology techniques
Age Limit: 35 years
Stipend: Rs.15,000/- per month consolidated
2. Project Title/ Code: "Insilco Biology Centre of excellence in Bioinformatics" (Project code: CLP0009)
Project Assistant
Essential Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Science discipline) with exceptional computational /organizational ability
Desirable: Skills in understanding scientific documents, Science Management, Handling/Managing databases, R&D project management using MIS, MS Office, MS Studio etc
Age Limit: 28 years
Stipend: Rs.9,000/- per month consolidated
Initial Tenure: One Year
Essential Qualification: Post Graduate in Science preferably biological sciences with computational skills

4.Project Title/ Code: "Understanding skin homeostasis and its regulation in Vitiligo" (Project code: MLP6201)
Project Associate (Level - II) - 3 Posts
Essential Qualification: Ph.D in Biological sciences with two years of research experience in medical science. The candidate must have worked under a clinical set-up with patients and possess enough experience to carry out related molecular and cell biology experiments OR
Ph.D in Biological sciences with two years of research experience and relevant publications OR
First class M.Sc in Biological sciences with more than 6 years of research experience with relevant publications

Stipend: Rs.18,000/- per month consolidated

Essential Qualification: First class M. Sc. in Biological sciences with experience in cell culture or molecular biology experiments

Stipend: Rs.14,000/- + 30% HRA per month
Initial Tenure: One year
Age relaxation for SC/ST/ OBC candidate as per Govt. of India instruction.

The email will be sent to the short listed candidates. The personal interview will held on 22-11-2010.
No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates to attend the interview.
Note: The shortlisted candidates, who have received the email for interview, have to report at 09:30 AM for interview along with any Photo ID card and original certificates for entry purpose. Entry will be closed by 10:15 AM.
