DST-sponsored project entitled ‘Role of brassinosteroids and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in priming for improved tolerance to pathogens’ undertaken by Dr. Sujata Bhargava (PI) and Dr. Paramjit Jite (Co-PI) at the Botany Department of this University.

Eligibility First class M.Sc. degree in Botany / Biotechnology, NET qualified.

Fellowship: Rs. 16,000 + HRA for NET qualified candidate, Rs 12,000 + HRA for NET qualified (for lecturership) candidate

Candidates who possess the above qualifications should send their applications on plain paper along with their bio-data and to Dr Sujata Bhargava, Botany Department, University of Pune, Pune – 411007 on or before 12th October 2010.

Short-listed candidates will be informed by email and would have to be present for an interview at the Botany Department, University of Pune on the 16th October 2010, with original certificates.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
