WALK-IN-INTERVIEW

National Research Centre on Pig, Rani, Guwahati will hold a Walk-in-Interview on 03.08.13 at 11 p.m. for Selection of SRF under the project entitled "Establishment of Biotech Hubs by DBT under special programme for North Eastern States of India".

1. No. of vacancies : 01 no.

2. Emoluments: Rs.16000/- + HRA (fixed) for candidates postgraduate in the subject other than Veterinary Sciences or Rs. 18000/- + HRA(fixed) for candidates postgraduate in Veterinary Science.

3. Qualifications: M.V.Sc. / M. Tech/ M.Sc. in Animal Genetics and Breeding/ Biotechnology/Bioinformatics/Biochemistry/Computer Science or allied disciplines. Preference will be given to the candidates with hands-on experience in handling animal breeding data and/or wet-lab work and/or Computer Application.

4. The maximum age limit for the post is 35 years (relaxation as per the Govt. rules). 
5. The said post is purely on contract basis till the duration of sanctioned project period, which may, however, be extended or reduced as per the requirement.
6. The candidate must bring his/her application with latest CV along with two passport size photographs, attested copies of all certificates, testimonial, experience certificate, publications, no objection certificate from employer(if already employed). Original copies of all certificates including experience certificate, must be produced at the time of interview.
7. No T AIDA etc. will be paid for attending the interview.
8. The incumbent shall be co-terminus with the period or earlier based on the performance.
