Age Limit : 28 years (relaxable for SC/STs & OBC as per Govt. rules)

The engagement is purely on a temporary basis which may be extended or curtailed depending on the duration of the sponsored project, satisfactory performance/conduct of the appointee. The Project Assistant will be working at NEERI Chennai Zonal Laboratory, Chennai. The engagement will be co-terminus with the project duration. The engagement shall not be an appointment in CSIR/NEERI, temporary or otherwise. It would, therefore, not confer any right/claim, implicit or explicit for consideration for regularization / absorption.

Interested and eligible candidates may attend walk-in-Interview on March 25, 2014 (Tuesday), 10.00 am to 1.00 pm. at NEERI Chennai Zonal Laboratory, CSIR Madras Complex, Taramani, Chennai - 600 113 and also send their bio-data in the prescribed format (Annexed) supported by copies of documentary proof for date of birth, educational qualifications, experience, etc. to e-mail id: neerichz@gmail.com on or before March 24, 2014.

Candidates should come prepared for screening test, in case large number of candidates appearing for the interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing for the interview.

Candidates who do not fulfill the prescribed educational qualification will not be interviewed.

Candidates appearing for the walk-in-interview should report to the venue before 9.30am and register. Late comers will not be entertained at any cost.

No interim inquiries will be entertained in this regard.
