for q.no 72, trypsin cleaves at R,K and chymotrypsin is W,Y,F but none of the amino acids shoudln't followed by proline.

These enzymes are endopeptidases. They don't cut at ends.
ReplyDeletein q84, pairing of 1 and 2 followed by 3nd 4 leading to attenuation by formation of rho independent terminator. and they have asked structure of TrpL when protein synthesis is inhibited..

diagram shown in the explanation is correct but i.e. when transcription continues and CSIR is asking for atteneaution.
In Q102. statements Aand B are correct.aquaporins form water channels..and some aquaporins like aquaglyceroporins transport uncharged molecules like NH3.

so accordingly answer should be 1 .
