Advertisement for the post of one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a DST Sponsored Project

Applications are invited for one JRF position in a DST sponsored project entitled “Investigating the role of thymus in mediating host immune-modulation in visceral leishmaniasis”. The duration of the project is for 3 years with a monthly stipend of Rs.16,000 plus HRA at Department of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics, Jaypee University of Information Technology, Waknaghat Campus, Himachal.

Requisite Qualification: A Masters in Biological Sciences from a recognized university. A candidate with high motivation and scientific aptitude is preferred.

Exposure to animal handling and experimentation, basic molecular and cellular biological techniques desirable but not mandatory.
