Of India, invites applications from suitable Indian Nationals for appointment on the following Purely temporary posts (on contractual basis) under the project entitled “ Optimizing the implementation of synthetic pyrethroid insecticide in IRS for VL elimination” sponsored by Bill & Melinda GATES foundation for one year.
1 Data Manager cum Project Manager 1
40 years
First Class Master’s Degree in Computer Science (MCA / MSc in Computer Science) with PGDIM from a recognized university or equivalent with at least 2 years experience in the field of Kala-azar.
2 years Experience in the Disease Database Management System.
Co-ordination of whole project Liaison with RMRI and LSTM, London. Supervision of field work, Report preparation & maintaining of data and undertaking analysis of data for special studies under supervision of PI.

The person will be responsible for conducting the immunological//Molecular Biology tests; development of new Leishmania Antigen based tests, HPLC analysis of data from time to time and or any other required job assigned for the project.
