Applications are invited from suitable candidates for Junior Research Fellows (JRFs) to work on
the project “Combined Genetic and Epigenetic Analysis of oral cancer for prognosis of
patients” sponsored by DEPARTMENT OF BIOTECHNOLOGY, under the supervision of Prof. K.
Naga Mohan, Department of Biological Sciences, BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad campus.
Title of the project : “Combined Genetic and Epigenetic Analysis of oral cancer
for prognosis of patients”.
Duration of the project : 3 years
Project position and number : Junior Research Fellow (One)
Fellowship amount : As per DBT norms
Eligibility requirements : M.Sc. / M.E in Life Sciences
(Preferably NET or GATE qualified)
Interested candidates with the above mentioned qualification can send the applications on a

candidates will be called for interview to be held at BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad Campus in the last
week of August, 2018 and no TA/DA will be paid for the interview.
Selected candidate may be
permitted to register for Ph.D programme of BITS, Pilani, subject to the fulfillment of the
requirements. Candidates who have applied for Ph.D admission at BITS are strongly
encouraged to apply.
