Walk-in-Interview for one post of Research Associate (RA) and one post of Junior Research
Fellow (JRF) for the project funded by the Dept. of Biotechnology, Govt. of India entitled
‘Dementia science programme: Incidence/prevalence/risk/intervention analysis of dementia',
under the guidance of Dr. Madhusudan Das, Department of Zoology, University of Calcutta
Qualifications:
1. Research Associate (RA)
Post Graduate degree in any branch of life sciences with 60% or above marks.
PhD degree awarded/PhD thesis submitted in the field of Molecular and Cell Biology
/Human Genetics/ Clinical Genetics
Emoluments: Research Associate @ Rs. 36,000/- + 30% HRA for 1st year (Rs. 46,800/month), Rs.
38,000/- + 30% HRA for 2nd year (Rs. 49,400/month) and Rs. 40,000/- +30% HRA for rest of the
years (Rs. 52000/month).
2. Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Post Graduate degree in any branch of life sciences with 60% or above marks.
Emoluments: JRF @ Rs 25,000 + 30% HRA (Rs. 32,500/month) for 1st & 2nd year and Rs. 28,000 +
30 % HRA for rest of the years (Rs. 36400/month).
