The following Temporary positions are proposed to be filled-up through Walk-in-Interview(s) at this Institute under the following projects. The posts are co-terminus with the projects and subject to budget availability.

Project: MoFPI Funded Project Titled “Development Of Technological Interventions for  nhancement of quality, shelf-life and microbiological safety of traditional/ethnic meat products (Goan Sausage and Hyderabadi Haleem)”

Junior Research Fellow

Upper Age Limit

Men:30 Years

Women: 35 Years

Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC &PH as per GoI Rules.

Emoluments as per rules : ₹ 25,000/- plus HRA as admissible

Essential: Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science with NET Qualification or Graduate degree in Professional Course with NET qualification or Post Graduate degree in Professional Course

Desirable Qualification:

a) Experience in the working of Food Products/Meat Products
b) Analysis of Food/Meat Products
c) Statistical Data Analysis
d) Research Manuscript Preparation
e) Shelf-Life and Microbial Analysis

Duration of the Project: 11 Months or Co-Terminus with the project whichever may be earlier.
