Walk-in-Interview (03-05-2019) will be held at 9.00 a.m. on date mentioned below at National Institute of Plant Health Management, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad for engagement of following positions on contractual basis. The engagement will be initially for a period of six months/ one year/ till project period whichever is earlier. The details of educational qualifications, experience, age and other eligibility criteria, along with application proforma are given below. The eligible candidates for the below mentioned contractual posts will be required to make a power point presentation of 15 minutes duration (on the topic of their field in line with the post they applied for) and it will be followed by interview. All the candidates should carry the presentation (in Pen drive) to attend the walk-in-interview. 

1 Senior Research Fellow (Pathology/ Microbiology) – 1 Post (Plant Heath Management Division) 

1. Master’s degree in relevant subject with 4 yrs. of bachelor degree (OR) 

2. Candidates having Post Graduate Degree in Basic Sciences with relevant subject with 3 years Bachelor’s Degree and 2 Years Master’s Degree should have NET qualification 

Agriculture / Botany with specialization in Microbiology/ Plant Pathology 

35 years for Men & 40 years for Women 

2 Senior Research Fellow (Entomology / pathology) – 1 Post (Plant Bio-security Division) 

1. Master’s degree in relevant subject with 4 yrs. of bachelor degree (OR) 

2. Candidates having Post Graduate Degree in Basic Sciences with relevant subject with 3 years Bachelor’s Degree and 2 Years Master’s Degree should have NET qualification 

Agriculture/Zoology / Botany with specialization in Entomology/Plant Pathology. Horticulture with specialization in Plant Pathology / Entomology 

35 years for Men & 40 years for Women 

3 Junior Research Fellow (Vertebrate Pest Management ) – 1 Post (Plant Bio-Security Division)

1. Post Graduate in Basic sciences (OR)
2. Graduate degree in Agricultural sciences/ Horticultural sciences / Agricultural Engineering (OR)
3. PGDPHM of NIPHM (OR) 4. B. Tech in relevant subject Zoology / Entomology / Agricultural Entomology / Wildlife Biology / Equivalent

30 years for men & 35 Years for women

4 Junior Research Fellow– 1 Post (Plant Health Engineering Division)

1. Post Graduate in Basic sciences (OR)
2. Graduate degree in Agricultural sciences/ Horticultural sciences / Agricultural Engineering (OR)
3. PGDPHM of NIPHM (OR) 4. B.Tech in relevant subject

Desirable:
1. Experience in documentation / photo / videography
2. Good command in English 3. Willing to travel extensively Extension / Economics/ Arts / Visual Communications

30 years for men & 35 Years for women
