Application The Sálim Ali Centre for Ornithology and Natural History (SACON) is a Centre of Excellence under the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, Government of India. SACON wishes to engage Nature Education Assistant (Indian Nationals only) through a Walk-in interview to be held on 01.08.2019. 

Details

Duration : One year (on contract) 

No. of position : One 

Emoluments : Rs. 20,000/- consolidated per month 

Essential Qualifications Minimum first class M. Sc. Degree in Zoology/Botany/Wildlife Science/Environmental Science from a recognized University. 

Age : Not more than 30 years as on 01.01.2019. 

Desirable Qualification

Good Communication skills in English and Tamil. 

Experience in conducting Nature Camps, trekking and Nature Education activities. 

Description of work

1) To conduct and assist Nature Education activities of SACON such as Nature Camps, treks and teach Natural History to visitors. 

2) Office management and assistance for Nature Education Division.
