WALK-IN-WRITTEN TEST AND OR INTERVIEW The following posts are to be filled purely on Contractual basis from willing eligible candidates in the ad-hoc research project entitled “Development of Monitoring and Evaluation protocol for accelerated MDA with IDA for Lymphatic filariasis elimination programme” funded by Task Force for Global Health, NTD-SC.

Essential Qualification 1 st class Master’s degree in Life Sciences from a recognized University with two years experience in Medical Entomology/Public Health Entomology (or) 2 nd class Master’s degree with Ph.D in Life Sciences / Public Health Entomology from a recognized University 

Nature of duties To organize and co-ordinate activities related to mosquito collection in the study sites, processing mosquitoes for PCR assay maintenance of trapping devices and send daily reports to the designated Officer. 

Age limit Not exceeding 35 years 

Consolidated Salary ` 48,000/- (Plus HRA) 

Contract period Four months (initially) and likely to be extended as per requirement Place of posting Simdega District, Jharkhand. 

Selection Procedure Based on ICMR letter No. 6/15/2003-Admn.II dated 05.04.2017, written test (40 marks) + Publication , experience etc., (20 marks) & Personal discussion / Interview (40 marks)
