basis for the Research Project titled “DHR-ICMR Advance Medical Oncology Diagnostic Services
(DIAMONDS) under HTA In, Pilot Research Project” under Principal Investigator Dr. Sanjeev Misra
& Co-Investigator Dr. Poonam Elhence, Professor & Head, Department of Pathology, AIIMS, Jodhpur
as per the details given below:
Research Assistant
Qualifications
Essential:
Graduate in relevant subjects from a recognized university with
three years’ work experience / Post graduate (Master’s) degree in
Molecular Biology, Genetics or Medical Biochemistry with prior
experience in handling human samples in Diagnostic work.
Desirable:
(i) 2 years’ work experience in handling patient diagnostic
samples.
(ii) Ability to use computer applications.
(iii) Experience in writing reports and scientific documents.
(iv) Proficient to read, write and speak in English and Hindi.
NOTE:
Graduate in relevant subjects from recognized university with 3
years’ work experience from a recognized Institution will be
considered equivalent to Master’s degree.
Duration of post 12 Months (Initially)
Monthly Salary Rs. 31,000/- Per Month

Scientist-C
Qualifications
Essential:
First Class Master’s degree in Molecular Biology or Genetics
or Medical Biochemistry from a recognized university
OR
Second class M.Sc. and PhD degree in relevant subject from a
recognized university
Desirable:
(i) Doctorate or MSc Degree in Molecular Biology or Genetics
from a recognized university for candidates with first class
relevant degree.
(ii) Additional Post-doctoral research / training experience in
Molecular Genetics subjects in recognized institute(s) in
Diagnostic Pathology.
(iii) Knowledge of Bioinformatics, Computer Applications or
Business Intelligence tools / Data Management.
(iv) Two years R&D / Teaching experience in relevant subject
after obtaining essential qualification.
(v) Proficient to read, write and speak in English and Hindi
NOTE:
(i) PhD degree in relevant subjects shall be treated equivalent
to three years’ experience.
(ii) Candidates with PhD or M.Sc. degree will be preferred for
direct requirement.
Duration of Post 12 months (Initially)
Monthly Salary Rs. 57,660/- (Including HRA)
