Interview for DST- SERB Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Vacancy in BSE Department (NSUT)

Applications are invited from highly motivated candidates of Indian nationality for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF), DST-SERB sponsored project, under the supervision of Dr Yatender Kumar, Principal Investigator, Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), Dwarka Sector-3, New Delhi. 

Title of the Research Project: “Development of a Mammalian Expression System for Generation of Bispecific Antibodies – A Potential Biomarker and Therapeutics” 

Number of positions available: One

Eligibility: JRF (1 Post)

Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science (MSc in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Science, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Industrial Biotechnology, Bioinformatics)

OR

Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course (B.E./B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Biotechnology, Industrial Biotechnology, Bioinformatics)

Selected through a process described by any one of the following:

a) Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship
(Assistant Professorship) and GATE.
b) The selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Govt. Departments
and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT,
IISc, IISER etc.

Desirable: Experience in molecular biology techniques with good knowledge of bioinformatics.

Fellowship: Rs 31,000/- + HRA (As per DST- SERB norms).

General Terms and Condition:

 The position is temporary and duration is of six months. The position is coterminous with the project.
 Original documents of age proof/certificates/degrees/mark sheets and other testimonials must be presented at the time of walk-in interview. Self-Attested photocopies of these documents with CV and latest photo will be collected at the time of walk-in interview.
